2010 8th Dixy Cup Football Tournament

2010 8th Dixy Cup Johor Chinese Football Invitation tournament will be starting on this coming Sunday; 4 July 2010 in Pasir Gudang Town Council fields. Our team will be playing against a resuffled Kulai Chinese team at 5pm. Hope our players will play the game with the highest sportmanship and give your utmost commitment. Members please show your support and give the players the encouragement. Best of luck to our team and players!

随着聚餐会的结束，也为我们2010年长青杯亚洲华裔足球赛兼台湾之旅写上美丽的休止符。这几年来的海外足球之旅也为我们团员的足球生涯留下无数美好的回忆及喜悦。能够成为其中的一份子；是我的福气。感恩。。

新山市华人足球宿将队 - 台湾台北2010年长青杯

从第一次参与新加坡的比赛开始，我们都以这每年一度的赛会为目标。由中国厦门；福州；北京到今年的台湾台北，连续4年，经历了许多的苦与乐；悲与欢。团员也从当初追求锦标的心态渐渐转为友谊交流的心态。除了从球场上找到满足感，也从彼此间的互动及交流找到更多的人生理念及欢乐。为彼此间的连系拉得更近。在海外期间，团员们所给于的配合及体谅，都是我们能顺利完成每一段欢愉旅程不可或缺的关键因素。

曾经何时，到海外参加足球比赛对我而言如是件多么遥不可及的梦想。因为JBCFA；因为我们这一班足球狂热份子，这一切都实现了！而实现了好几年！能和昔日的足球之星同场竞技，我深感荣幸。投身足球这么多年，虽只限于新山市这一个小区，但球会带给了我许多的机缘，圆了我无数年少时的梦想。结识马来西亚前国家足球传奇人物；拿督苏进安，前教练周贵林先生，前国脚苏古沙礼，依萨巴卡，前新加坡国家队守门员李顺才（DAVID LEE）等。。。他们都是我年少时梦想接触的人物。

除此之外，球会也让我多次尝到了夺冠的荣耀。包括2003年勇夺第一届利士杯，2004年带领柔华夺得阔别40年的马来西亚华人足球冠军宝座，也在2008年夺得柔佛21岁以下华人足球赛冠军。这二十几年来在足球场内或场外所作的都是值得的，没有任何的遗憾。

实现了到海外踢球的梦想后，真正期望球会能够有更多的新新会员加入并促渐壮大。扎好球会基层的根，培训更多的华人足球人才，延续球会的传统，让球会走得更远。

This friendly game was the second game after our trip from Taiwan Evergreen Cup tournament. We have 15 veteran players today.

First 10 minutes, the opponent played very well. In the 6th minutes, En. Wan take a shoot from outside the D box. Shooting was on target but our keeper Yee Pee Leong make a good safe and punch the ball out.

Last 15 minutes of the first half, JBCFA have 3 good chances to put our team ahead by our Phang, Ooi & Tock Swee but their efforts was safe by the opponent's keeper.

1st half played to a goalless draw.

In the second half, JBCFA play better than the opponent. We changed 4 players in Ah Meng, Kai Sing, Titi & Keeper Sau Lin. JBCFA managed to control the game, players making good passes and in the 10th minute, a cross by KiKi from right side was headed by Tok Swee into the net but the goal was not awarded as the lineman claimed Tok Swee was offside.

Minutes 27th, ball was send by Ah Meng to Dugong and he hold the ball well, sidestep a defender and make a shot from 25 yard and he scored a fantastic goal. Second goal by KiKi was a lucky one. He collected the ball on the right side from Ah Eng and he dribble the ball all the way into the opponent's box, inteligently beating a defender but lost control of himself and fall down. However, while on the ground he managed to kick the ball and the ball coolly sail into the net.

Time is running out for the opponent, they have couple of chances to score but did not make it. Finally, we win by 2 goals.

Match Officers for Dixy 8th Tournament

This coming Dixy cup 8th tournament on 04/07/2010,(Sunday) will be kick off at Pasir Gudang Mawar.Every match officers are advise to wear RED COLOUR Dixy T shirt (New) in a 1st week of game and follow by BLACK COLOUR Dixy T(New) on the following week and so on.
The organising committee wish that the coming 8th Dixy cup tournament will be running smooth and successfully.

Confirmation Of International 9,s Football Tournament at Pasir Gudang

After collectives feedback of veteran players (age 40 's above), team decided to participate on this tournament. Players who confirmed to participate, advise to attend every Saturday training on Muatiara feild at 5.30pm.

Friendly Match Result 1-3 (Lost)

Friendly game with KGB, Kulai 1-3,(LOST). Yesterday game (6/06/10,Sunday) at Mutiara Field B and our team was leading 1-0 at 1st half through our scorer Ah BOY (a talented teenage), a striker with fantastic skill, inteligent and fast. He received a beautiful pass from the right winger, dribbled the ball all the way into D box and finished it into right side of the goal post. What a fantastic goal.!

In second half, we have at least 3 chances to score in the first 10 minutes but the strikers did not take their chance well. Later, after 15 minutes into the second half, the players especially our defenders were very tired and exhausted (lack of stamina) and they conceded 3 goals to the opponent.

Summary Of the Game below:

Midfielders game considers (6 point), very good in 1st half with alot of one touch passing & running and understanding. However, these was not apply onto second half as there were many misunderstanding among the players.

Strikers (7 point) misses many chances especially in second half. Should try more from outside the D box.

Defenders (5 point), poor performance in this game, no communication and understanding among the players & physically lack of stamina.

Coach advised players to learn and improve after each game played. Midfielders must slow down the game tempo and don't eager to go.

Advised from Team Manager, players should train on their own to gain more stamina & self confidence in short time as the tournament is around the corner (Tournament starts on 4/07/10). All players in the JBCFA squad are compulsory to attend every Saturday training at Muatiara field at 4.30 pm until the Dixy 8th tournament kick off.

Our club decided to participate in the 9's International Football Tournament held in Pasir Gudang on 26th & 27th June 2010.

Our club person incharge is Mr Yong, any veteran team members interested, can register with Mr Yong asap.Hurry up.!

Rules Of 2010 Dixy Cup 8th.

2010 Dixy Cup 8th will commence on 4 July (Sunday),Venue-Pasir Gudang Mawar Football Feild. This invitation tournament consist of 10 teams such as JBCFA, Singapore Chinese, Batu Pahat Football Association, Kluang Chinese Football Club, Labis Football Club, Kulai, Kota Tinggi, Foon Yew High School, MCA Tebrau & Pekan Nenas.
The organising committee decided 3 JBFA state players of 2009. 5 players above 30 of age to be registered in a team, but only 3 players above the age of 30 are allow in a game. Players above 30 are base on year that is 1980 and above.
The above rule imposed were collective from the organising committee were we believe that the game played will be competitive for the players especially the Chinese community.
